LGBT Talk Show No.1~Get Out Of the Closet!
No body want to live a life in the closet, but also be afraid of suffering pains or losing love from their family. What will happen if you really tell your parents you are gay? What kind of tips you have to listen before saying that? What is it like after getting out of the closet? We have invited some past masters to share their experience and to answer the questions of getting out of the closet which is confusing you. We can make it! Join us!

Special guests:
1.Zhengyuantao: He is a Guangzhouer who lives in Beijing, making a living on translating, and also a longer-term volunteer of ACEC. He came out to their parents when he was 18. In 2005, he was on a TV talk show with his mother, talking about the relationship between the parents and their gay child. It was for the first time in China’s videoland. 2.Baiyongbing: She is a minority lesbian who come out of the closet when she was 22. She is a freelance writer, a NGO in Common Language . She keeps on advocating "Caring about the human nature” is the career of her life. Her blog is: http://blog.sina.com.cn/baiyongmei
And we also invited some more gays and lesbians sharing their experience, discussing how to taking hold on life bravely and confidently, and communicating about the appropriate way to let your family know who you are.
The Content of the activity will be composed of two main parts:
1. The special guests will share their experience of coming out of the closet,
2. Group discuss about participators’ problems.
